Okay, weekend fairies you’ve been eerily nice to us for the past few weekends and I’m starting to get suspicious. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve loved the ever living crap out of you and have spent every waking second outside getting as much Vitamin D as possible. But at this point, I’m almost getting anxious just knowing that one day you’re gonna turn cold and grey again and I’m just not ready for it yet. So please, pretty pretty please, keep this magical sunny hot shiny awesomeness just a little bit longer. Thank you. Here’s your weekend just like you ordered.
-Head to the Seattle Center Mural for more free jams. Who’s playing today? Pickwick, Drew Grow & the Pastors’ Wives and Ravenna Woods – that’s who.
-Have you been to Olympic Sculpture Park a million times already? Well, it’s time to go back and draw all the damn day!
-Nothing says summer like lots and lots of meat. Head to Belltown Pub to celebrate their 1st Anniversary Party, dance to some tunes and enter their raffle to win a trip to Vegas, baby.
-Wooden Ships and The Night Beats are doing a West Coast tour and all you gots to do is RSVP. Go now before tickets run out!
-So you’re saying it’s the last weekend to see people have sword fights and churn butter? And you’re also saying it’s only $10 and the promise of turkey legs? Cause if you’re saying all that then I’m saying HELL YES to it.
-Need to stroll? Yeah you do. Good you Queen Anne let’s you do it for free all day Saturday.
-Few sales really capture my attention. But when Spun Sustainable Collective hosts their first-ever totally kick ass sample sale, well by golly, I might just have to break open the piggy bank and head on down there.
So there. Lots to do and 2 entire sun-filled days to do them in. Enjoy, comment, talk to us on Facebook about your hopes and dreams or follow our adventures on Twitter. Have a good one, ya’ll.
