I couldn’t decide which deal I wanted to write about today, so I present you with two equally cool/fun/exciting things to do today. Now, all you have to do is choose!
-Get all sneaky at Knee High Stocking Co. from today – Saturday. Why? Because they’ll be celebrating their 2nd anniversary by having yummy drink specials, live performances and a debut of their Spring menu. Remember it’s a speakeasy, so make reservations and whatever you do, don’t stand around (they hate that, believe me from experience).

-The usually way too expensive, but totally educational Tilth is having a book launch party for Your Farm in the City: An Urban Dweller’s Guide to Growing Food and Raising Animals. Lisa Taylor, the author, will be there reading a few excerpts, presenting a little slide show and sharing a few funny tales from the farm. Go tonight at 7pm with your book and she’ll even sign it for you.
It’s not quite Friday folks but heck, that shouldn’t matter. Go out and do something tonight, then tell us all about it!
