Thanksgiving is a holiday all about overindulgence, and lord KNOWS it feels good while you’re eating that second helping of stuffing or “sampling” the third variety of pie on Thursday. But now that it’s over, that turkey hangover may not feel so great. And the upcoming onslaught of holiday parties probably might have you rethinking what size to choose when you’re adding those awesome new jeans to your holiday wish list.
Thankfully though, there is hope- and it’s FREE! To make up for the cookies, champagne and rich wintery meals you’re going to be eating for the next month or so, block off your Tuesday nights and make a date to head to Discovery Park for a FREE Beachbody Workout. Every Tuesday at 7:00 pm, Seattle Works Out hosts some really kick-ass workouts. You show up with a towel, some water, and (at least during the fall/winter/spring), some warm clothes, and Coach Jamila will have you sweating off all that gravy (hopefully not literally) with good company.

All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. The workouts are intense and effective, and they are just about the perfect solution if you need some extra motivation or can’t afford an expensive gym membership.
