I hate to break it to you, but Thanksgiving is just 3 days away, which means you are already way behind on all of your holiday shopping. But don’t fear- yay-today is here to help you give good gifts, save money, and avoid crazy people at malls whenever possible. Today, I’ll show you how to get amazing jeans for under $50.
I love to shop (like, for somebody who writes a blog about free and cheap stuff, it’s kind of embarrassing), but I HATE shopping for jeans. Jeans don’t mess around- they’re either “oh my god an angel up in heaven sewed these especially for me and my butt” good or “i swear to god i will never even look at another brownie again” bad. And if the psychological trauma that I associate with trying on the BAD jeans isn’t bad enough, the GOOD jeans (at least on me) tend to be the ones that cost upwards of $100. Shopaholic that I may be, I’m still too cheap to indulge in that nonsense on a regular basis.
Thankfully, Levi’s still makes jeans that fit well, last forever, and generally don’t cost a small fortune. On a recent lunchtime shopping expedition, I not only picked up my new favorite pair of jeans (Curve ID in Demi, skinny cut- seriously, go try them on now and you’ll take back all the bad things you ever said about skinny jeans), but found out that if you wander in to their downtown store and sign up for their email mailing list (in-store only), they’ll send you a coupon code for free shipping + 20% any item online. You know those jeans that I totally fell in love with? Thanks to that coupon, I spent 3 minutes in the store and got them delivered to my door for less than $50. (I also may have signed my husband up and used his coupon code to buy another pair. Perchance.)
So there- now you’ve got one person (whether it’s your sister, your niece, or yourself is up to you) marked off the list, and you’re only out $50. My work is done.
