A few weeks ago I started seeing signs of Movember and was just confused. Is it the time of year where everyone moves? Are people all going to a Mo Rocca event? I had no idea.

That is until good ol’ facebook solved the mystery. Apparently, Movember is a mustache growing charity event held every November to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer. And what better way to celebrate Movember than with, you guessed it a Flash Mob!
Just go to the Red Door Ale House tonight at 7pm or so. Have a drink or two (you’ll need it) and get ready. Because at 8 sharp, the lights will go down real slow and then they’ll turn back on real nice. Wait for the Maverick and Goose (oh, poor Goose) to kick off the Top Gun classic bar scene of You’ve Lost that Loving Feeling and then that’s when you can let loose and sing along. If you have a military outfit, wear it. Authenticity here is much appreciated.
The whole event will be recorded for viral effects, and of course, because you’re helping bring awareness to a great cause you deserve a few free things. The first 100 people who RSVP and participate get a free Qdoba meal and a chance to win a Canadian Cooler worth $200 and a snowboard!
