Who doesn’t love Yelp? The site has become my personal go-to for whatever it is I need. A good restaurant, a boutique nearby, anything – I check Yelp. And now they’re actually going above and beyond basic reviews, thanks to a lot of non-profit organizations and ummm, cocktails.
Yelp Helps is bringing volunteer-minded people and local non-profits together for a big, fun meet and greet. From 8-10pm tonight, at Fremont Studios, you can enjoy a night filled with networking, free cocktails/beers/Dry Soda and free truffles! Who can say no to free truffles? Not me, that’s for sure.
So sure, come for the free drunken truffle induced evening – but leave with some insight on how to help your community.
